Digiarc Extraction for a Federal Credit Union

Data Strategies Interchange (DSI) is pleased to announce the successful completion of data Extraction from DigiArc DVD, for a credit union.

The challenge was, the customer had a special viewer with a custom GUI for viewing their DVDs and the information was not readable from outside this viewer.

DSI assisted the client in extracting documents from approximately 100 DVDs (4.6 GB of data each) from DigiArc DVD to a format suitable for viewing without using DigiArc. This data was later ingested into the cloud storage.

The migration process was executed through remote access on customer-provided Windows servers.

Our document migration process was performed offline without API allowing better performance than online migrations and without hindrance to daily activities of the customer. Further information about DSI’s document archive migration services can be found here.
